DTU Ecotrophelia

About DTU Ecotrophelia

How can we develop sustainable and resilient food systems for a growing global population?

In DTU’s Blue Dot project DTU Ecotrophelia, students create innovative food solutions, including new products, recipes, technologies and packaging, with a focus on environmental and economic sustainability.

DTU’s team participates in the annual European student competition, Ecotrophelia Europe, where they compete to develop the food of the future.

The project is part of DTU’s Blue Dot initiatives, where students work hands-on with innovation and solve real-world challenges.
